Refund policy

Please email: pete_hills@me.com with your name and order number to return or exchange your item of clothing. 

It is the customers responsibility to pay for return postage unless the item was faulty when it arrived. We recommend returning items by a tracked postage service as we cannot refund items that become lost. 

The customer will receive a full refund (apart from original shipping cost) within 12 days after the return is received. Although the products are sold with no added postage (free postage) this cost is simply included in the cost of the item and will be taken off the total cost when refunded (as unfortunately postage isn't free for us!) The item must not have any signs of wear and tear and must be in the same condition as it was sold.

For International Shipping, customs charges should be automatically paid for. If not, these are the customers' responsibility to cover. 

No returns or exchanges with samples or seconds items.
